MPB was created to provide solutions and innovations in telecommunications,
in educational and industry through products and consultancy.
The main activity is the marketing and rental of instrumentation
and high tech electronic systems, EMF measurement systems, RF
analogical and digital devices.
The choice, since the establishment, of a business model heavily business
oriented, allows MPB to work towards the goal of technology
leadership nationally and internationally.
Particular importance is given to quality. It is seen as a set of the properties
and the characteristics of a service or product that give it the
ability to satisfy stated or implied needs of the customer.
It represents the main aim of MPB because it determines the satisfaction
of the customers, contributes to their loyalty and to the success
of the company.
MPB Administration decided to certify this choice following the quality
management system UNI EN ISO 9001 model, ed. 2008.
This allows MPB to ensure the quality of its own services and of the
available instrumentation satisfying the needs of its customers.
One of the principle that rules the management of MPB activity is
represented by the attention that all the organization, Up to the individual
sellers, pays to the needs, the requests and to the customer’s
requirements. To ensure that both products and services match the needs of the
customers, that guarantee us their loyalty, MPB has prepared a series
of activities leading to a clear definition of the product or service
requirements so as to confirm the expectations, and if possible try to
exceed them.
In that regard MPB pays particular attention to identify, define and
meet the customer’s requirements and in particularly:
- Identifies the needs of the customer according to demands,
prices and delivery time of the equipment.
- It makes sure that these needs are known by all personnel
involved.
- Ensures compliance with the requirements identified or necessary
for the functioning of the equipment.
- DESIGN
MPB was created as a marketing and consultancy activity riding over
the years a remarkable journey of growth and branding of its knowhow.
With a natural evolution and not random, as the result of the
acquired experience, MPB begins to deal with the production of the
instrumentation.
For the company, this choice represented the establishment of a new
system on the market, a new concept, in which the integrated offer is
the key to meet, in the best way, the needs of its target audience.
The market, constantly changing, and the new legislative approach
regarding the adoption of telecommunication systems, gave MPB the
possibility of opening this new area.
The company began to produce the instrumentation with a design
that was already made in MPB .
Now MPB is also a Logo for the products, a very rewarding aspect for
us, but in our company it represents the key to face the international
market. In 2010 the company launched on the market the SEMS, EH,
8053-LW, EHP-TSLW and K3, the very fi rst products made in MPB that
represent the opening of new production activities.
Increasing the spread of its proposal in MPB, means greater specialization,
growth of demand and therefore of the offers, increasing
of human resources and especially cultural enrichment, a point that
handles the company’s future development philosophy.
